LeadForm: COD Order Form Terms of Use — the rules that govern your access to the app and site.

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether personally or on behalf of a company, “you”) and WebInnovate LLC, doing business as LeadForm: COD – Order Form (“LeadForm”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the leadform.app website as well as any related media channels, mobile websites, or applications (collectively, the “Site”).

By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.

If your account is terminated, you may not create a new one under your name or a third party’s name.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue the Site at any time without notice. We cannot guarantee the Site will always be available and are not liable for downtime, errors, or interruptions.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebInnovate LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as data loss, lost revenue, or service interruptions). Our liability will never exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the last six (6) months.

You agree to defend and indemnify WebInnovate LLC, its employees, and affiliates against claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Infringement of third-party rights.

14. User Data

We maintain certain data for site performance. While we back up data, you are responsible for your own data. We are not liable for data loss or corruption.

15. Electronic Communications

By using the Site, you consent to receive electronic communications from us (emails, notices, policies). These satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.

16. Miscellaneous

  • These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us.
  • If any provision is found invalid, the remaining Terms still apply.
